Chris Anderson has been practicing law in the Richmond area for more than 25 years. Emphasizing trial work, his practice predominantly involves civil litigation. His practice focuses upon representing persons who have suffered severe and catastrophic injuries as the result of the negligence of others in automobile and tractor trailer accidents.  He also represents patients who are injured as a result of medical malpractice. Chris also occasionally represents persons who find themselves charged in serious criminal matters such as felonies involving large quantities of controlled substances and murder. 

Chris completed his undergraduate study at James Madison University and earned his law degree from The North Carolina Central University School of Law. An Ashland native, he graduated from Patrick Henry High School.

Earlier in his law career, Chris spent several years as an Assistant Public Defender for the City of Richmond. He then served 2 years as a Special Prosecutor with the Petersburg Commonwealth Attorney's Office, prosecuting violent crimes and drug cases. He was also an associate at a Richmond law firm that specialized in defending physicians accused of medical neglect; after serving as in-house counsel for The St. Paul and USF&G Insurance Companies.  Chris has many years of trial experience and thoroughly enjoys going to court. 

Chris is active in a variety of community and service affairs. He lives with his wife and their daughters in Glen Allen.
